About the Role

Compex Legal Services is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Records Processing Clerk to join our team. In this role, you’ll help process, organize, and review records to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for delivery to our clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with documents, is comfortable using computers, and takes pride in accurate and efficient work. No legal experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to be successful.

What You’ll Do

Process and review incoming records and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Sort, organize, scan, and prepare physical and electronic records for processing.
Enter and update information accurately within company systems.
Review documents to identify missing or incorrect information.
Follow established procedures to ensure records are processed correctly and on time.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive legal, medical, and personal information.
Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround-time expectations.
Communicate with team members to resolve questions or discrepancies.
Assist with other records processing and administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Ability to learn new systems and processes.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in data entry, records processing, document processing, administrative support, or a similar office environment is a plus, but not required.
