Bilingual Commercial Insurance Account Manager

Total compensation opportunity: $56,000–$75,000+

Job Summary

The Haring Agency / 247 USA Truck Insurance Agency is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Fort Worth team.

This is not a producer-only sales position or a transactional CSR role. We are looking for a licensed insurance professional who wants to develop into true ownership of a commercial book—building client relationships, protecting retention, managing renewals from beginning to end, and making sure pending items are followed through to completion.

Our agency manages a diverse commercial book through Farmers Insurance and independent commercial markets, with a significant and growing specialization in contractors, trucking and transportation insurance.

The right person will be organized, accountable and client-focused. We especially value someone who sees a problem or pending requirement, takes ownership of it and follows it through to resolution.

What You'll Do

Manage commercial client relationships and day-to-day account service.
Own commercial renewals from beginning to end, including gathering exposure information, applications, loss runs and underwriting requirements.
Handle and follow through on endorsements, certificates, billing issues, audits, cancellations and policy changes.
Work directly with carriers, MGAs, brokers and underwriters, including remarketing accounts when appropriate.
Review quotes, policies and endorsements and track outstanding requirements, payments, premium financing, binding and policy issuance through completion.
Maintain accurate account documentation and proactively address issues that could threaten client retention.
Identify appropriate cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities through existing client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Required:

Fluent/bilingual English and Spanish
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license
Strong client communication, organization, documentation and follow-through
Ability to independently manage multiple accounts, priorities and deadlines

Preferred:

2+ years of insurance agency experience
Commercial Lines servicing, renewals or account-management experience
Independent agency or multi-carrier experience
Experience with ACORDs, COIs and carrier/MGA communication
Commercial auto, GL/BOP, property or Workers' Compensation experience
Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, EZLynx, NowCerts/Momentum or similar AMS experience

Experience with trucking/transportation, cargo, E&S/surplus lines, premium finance or complex commercial accounts is especially valuable.

You do not need to know every commercial line we write. We are willing to train the right licensed insurance professional who has a strong foundation and wants to grow into greater commercial account responsibility.

Compensation & Earning Opportunity

Total compensation opportunity: $56,000–$75,000+

Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary, quarterly retention incentives and uncapped commission opportunities for qualifying new business, referrals and cross-sales.

This is not a commission-only or producer position, and there is no cold-calling requirement. Your primary responsibility is managing and retaining the commercial book, with additional earning opportunities for helping clients and growing accounts.

Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process based on experience and the level of commercial account responsibility the candidate can assume.

Technology That Supports the Account Manager

We are actively investing in AI and workflow automation to reduce repetitive administrative work, allowing our team to spend more time on client relationships, renewals, problem-solving, coverage review and retention.

Prior AI experience is not required. We are looking for someone comfortable learning new technology and interested in helping us continue to improve how the agency operates.

Growth Opportunity

This role has room to grow beyond traditional account servicing into complex renewals and remarketing, trucking specialization, client development, workflow/process ownership, staff training and agency leadership.

Advancement is based on demonstrated capability and responsibility—not simply time in the position.
