Full Job Description

Office Administrator

In-Office only based in Sumner, WA 98352
Full-Time Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm U.S. PST
Competitive salary and benefits

We are seeking an Administrator with Amazon Vendor Central experience to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional to work closely with our sales and warehouse teams.

Essential Responsibilities

Managing & processing Amazon Vendor Central weekly and bulk orders.
Amazon label printing in preparation for the warehouse to pick and pack the orders.
Routing Amazon orders for pickup, and shipping data updates once Amazon confirms assigned carrier.
ASN’s and invoicing for all Amazon Vendor Central orders.
Investigating and fixing shipping issues for Amazon Vendor Central orders.
Additional projects and tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Amazon Vendor Central experience is required and needs to be listed in your resume
Proficiency in an order management system. (experience in NetSuite is preferred)
Experience in Amazon Vendor Central order processing.
Experience in Microsoft Excel is required
Experience in Microsoft Outlook is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
