Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Assistant to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will support administrative functions, manage front desk responsibilities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette and customer support.
Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office.
Handle clerical duties including data entry and managing correspondence to maintain organized records.
Providing administrative support as needed for team members.
Coordinate with team members on document preparation, proofing, and other administrative projects requiring strong organizational skills.

Experience

Prior office experience or administrative experience is required.
Proven proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tools.
Handling customer inquiries with professionalism.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while supporting multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
