About Us

Established in 2012, PayMore.com is an electronic buying, selling, trading, and recycling franchise. We offer cash on the spot for new, used, and broken electronics, and also retail new and PayMore Certified electronics in our store locations. ILE SC Taylors LLC is the employer and franchisee of PayMore.com.

We are seeking one (1) motivated individual to fill a combined Junior Second Hand Electronics Buyer AND eCommerce Supervisor role at our Spartanburg location. This person will be great with people, have consumer electronics knowledge, and will be able to negotiate fair pricing for new, used, and broken electronics — all while fostering lasting relationships with our customers.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, fast-typing individual with a genuine love for electronics to join our team in Columbia, SC. PayMore is a fast-paced, high-volume electronics franchise that buys, sells, and trades a wide variety of consumer electronics — phones, tablets, laptops, game systems, cameras, and more.

This position is focused on eCommerce and back-end processing. While it is not a primarily customer-facing role, it is a high-output position — productivity and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy environment, can work efficiently while multitasking, and picks up new processes quickly.

Perfect for gamers, hobbyists, and tech enthusiasts. No formal resume experience in technology is required — what matters most is your enthusiasm for electronics and your ability to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Generate eCommerce listings on popular online auction sites and our own Shopify web store.
Perform heavy computer work: data entry, folder navigation, photographing and uploading product images, and more.
Clean, test, research, describe, price, and photograph electronic devices for online sale.
Price devices based on previous completed sales, research, and management guidance.
Evaluate, identify, test, and data-wipe a wide variety of electronics — with a focus on retro and new-age game systems, smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

Experience

Familiarity with consumer electronics — video game systems, games, smartphones, tablets, and laptops. Keeps up with new releases and industry trends.
Knows the basics of device handling: able to data-wipe devices or learn quickly with guidance.
Online auction/eCommerce selling experience preferred (eBay, Mercari, etc.).
No formal job experience in tech required — hobbyist knowledge, gaming backgrounds, and personal enthusiasm for electronics count just as much.

Requirements

Typing speed of 60+ WPM accurately — a typing test will be administered at the interview.
Computer savvy — comfortable navigating multiple programs, browsers, and file systems simultaneously.
Reliable, hard-working, and attentive to detail.
Upbeat attitude; able to work well with others in a team environment.
Ability to maintain high task output in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to follow protocol and procedures consistently.

Schedule & Compensation

Pay: $14.00–$16.00/hr based on experience.
Up to 40 hours available. Overtime approved by manager.
Shifts available Monday–Friday 9:30am–6:15pm and Saturday 10:30am–3:15pm. Sunday shifts may become available.
Potential bonus pay for efficient work and hitting milestones — to be discussed.

Taylors, SC — In-person only. Ability to commute required.
