Assistant Bakery Café Manager – miFLAVOUR

miFLAVOUR is a modern French-style bakery café known for exceptional coffee, handcrafted pastries, and an elevated guest experience.

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Café Manager for 35-40 hours a week who is passionate about hospitality, team leadership, and creating thoughtful moments for every guest. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a quality-driven café environment and is excited to grow with our team.

A love for coffee and desserts is a must!

What You'll Be Responsible For

Leading by example and maintaining high service standards
Following and improving café systems and daily operations
Ordering product and maintaining inventory
Handcrafting high-quality espresso drinks
Assisting with seasonal drink menu creation
Learning the flavor profiles and quality expectations of all menu items
Building genuine relationships with guests and the miFLAVOUR team
Helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café environment

We’d Love to See

At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role
Strong coffee knowledge and espresso skills
A people-first, team-oriented attitude
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
A flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
Ability to be on your feet for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

Starting wage is $20+ per hour depending on experience

Tips are shared and average approximately $3 additional per hour.

We are currently offering a $300 bonus for someone who remains employed as our assistant cafe manager for 90 days.
