Full Job Description

Our accounting department is growing!

We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with our accounting department. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication/computer skills. Accounting knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude, however, is required.

Please include your references and salary requirements when submitting your application.

Duties and Responsibilities

Full accounting cycle for multiple types of properties
Assist Accountanting firms, banks, and other financial professionals with producing and finalizing multiple monthly financial documents
Communicate with Vendors, Residents, and Managers on a daily basis.
Work in a professional and interactive corporate office

Qualifications

Clear communication skills
Positive attitude - Lots of laughter!
Desire to learn new skills
Good computer skills with a knowledge of accepted bookkeeping and spreadsheet practices
Ability to work independently on assigned duties
Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Dependable
Knowledge of Property Management Programs is desired but not required
