Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HVAC Inside Sales professional to join our team! In this role, you will be the vital link between our technical solutions and our valued customers, driving sales growth through expert product knowledge, proactive outreach, and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach will help clients understand the benefits of our HVAC systems and related enterprise software solutions, ensuring they receive tailored recommendations that meet their unique needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical proficiency with sales expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment dedicated to excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC contractors and trade professionals at the sales counter and over
the phone.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend products, accessories, and replacement parts based on customer
needs.
Research product availability, pricing, and technical information.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain organized displays and a clean, professional counter area.
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle returns, warranty inquiries, and order issues professionally.
Support branch operations and work collaboratively with teammates.

Qualifications

HVAC industry experience preferred (contractor, wholesale distribution, or related
field).
Previous counter sales, inside sales, parts sales, or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn distributor software.
Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and team-first mindset.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
