Additional Information About the Role

BJC Clinical Informatics Department is hiring for Sr. Project Manager. This role supports complex, enterprise-wide nursing informatics initiatives that advance patient care, clinical workflows, and operational performance. The Sr. PM partners with nursing, operational, and IT leaders to drive strategy execution, ensure successful adoption of clinical systems (e.g., EHR, communications platforms), and deliver measurable outcomes across the health system. This is a hybrid position.

Project assignments, team size and duration will vary and can be large in scope, complexity and strategic alignment.Performs and manages tasks and team members related to:- Project scoping, planning, execution, analysis and tracking- Change management- Team facilitation- Risk/issue identification and mitigation- Stakeholder tollgates/reports- Conducts training in project management consistent with PMI and PMBOK

Responsibilities
