Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager

Byerly RV | Eureka, MO

As one of the region's premier RV dealerships and a Top 50 RV Dealership from 2017 - 2025, we're looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who is passionate about customer service, compliance, and helping customers find financing solutions that fit their needs.If you're motivated by building relationships, closing deals with integrity, and maximizing profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our Finance & Insurance Manager, you'll oversee every aspect of the financing process while ensuring a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable buying experience for every customer.

Responsibilities include:

Guide customers through financing options and loan approvals from application through funding.
Structure deals and work with lending institutions to secure competitive financing terms.
Present and explain protection products including:
- Extended Service Contracts
- GAP Protection
- Paint & Fabric Protection
- Credit Insurance
- Other customer protection products
Prepare and process all finance contracts and required documentation accurately and efficiently.
Complete federal, state, DMV, tax, title, lien, and licensing paperwork.
Utilize Menu Metric, AppOne, and other finance software to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership finance regulations, including Truth in Lending (TILA) requirements.
Analyze customer credit and financial information to determine financing eligibility.
Partner closely with the Sales Team and General Sales Manager to maximize profitability while maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction.
Respond to customer title and financing questions professionally and promptly.
Maintain business office forms, brochures, and finance materials.
Track monthly finance performance and meet dealership goals.
Support dealership operations through additional duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous business or dealership experience
Finance, sales, or customer service experience
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Understanding of federal and state lending regulations
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
Ability to become a Missouri Notary Public
Ability to obtain bonding
Commitment to FTC Safeguards compliance

Schedule

Monday–Saturday
One weekday off
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed Sundays

RV Trade Shows

Participation in two RV trade shows each year is required. Sundays are required during these show weekends.
