Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic F&B team leader for High Bar, atop of the AC Hotel in Clayton!

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences by ensuring high standards of service, food quality, presentation, and a clean, well-maintained environment.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including timely food service, coordination with the kitchen, and consistent execution of service standards.
Train, coach, and develop all service staff through structured onboarding, daily line-ups, and ongoing performance feedback.
Monitor service performance and team productivity, conducting evaluations and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards.
Support financial goals through cost control, labor management, budgeting, and collaboration on menu, pricing, and marketing initiatives.
