Job Title: Office and Operations Manager (Logistics, Customer Service & Project Management)

Location: Troy, Michigan (Hybrid/Home Office Available)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Office & Operations Coordinator who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a dynamic environment. This is a key position within our growing U.S. organization, supporting daily business operations while helping us build efficient processes for continued growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities—from customer service and logistics to project coordination and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management & Customer Service

Manage the complete order fulfillment process from order entry through delivery.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and transportation partners.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely order updates.
Resolve shipping and delivery issues professionally and efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.

Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
Monitor inventory and work closely with logistics providers.
Prepare shipping documentation and support import/export activities.
Track deliveries and proactively address potential delays.

Project Management

Coordinate internal projects and ensure timely execution.
Track project milestones, action items, and deadlines.
Support implementation of new operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with our U.S. and German teams on cross-functional projects.

Office Administration

Support daily office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office organization as needed.
Maintain company documentation and operational records.
Assist with vendor coordination and general business administration.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, office management, project coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a home office environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Experience working with international companies or logistics operations is an advantage.
