Primary Responsibilities

As a Co-Manager, you will work alongside the leadership team and report directly to the Territory Leader. You will lead by example while ensuring exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and team development.

Responsibilities include:

Schedule employees to ensure efficient staffing and maximum salon coverage
Understand, implement, and uphold all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
Maintain accurate use of the POS system and office computer, including training new team members
Ensure deposits are completed accurately and on time
Review payroll reports for accuracy prior to processing
Maintain accurate retail and salon supply inventory
Demonstrate strong product knowledge and support retail sales
Ensure salon cleanliness and compliance with all state sanitation guidelines
Develop and coordinate education and training plans for team members
Coach, mentor, and support employees to help them achieve their goals
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training new hires
Deliver ongoing performance feedback and accountability
Greet customers and deliver exceptional service
Answer phones and manage the appointment book
Perform professional barbering or cosmetology services
Maintain your workstation and assist with overall salon cleanliness, including laundry, towel warmers, stocking, and guest areas
Perform additional duties as assigned by the owners or administrative team
Deliver The Barbershop Experience to every customer, every visit

Qualifications

Active Wisconsin cosmetology or barber license
Previous leadership or management experience preferred
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to lead by example in both customer service and technical performance
Passion for developing others and creating a positive team culture
