Executive Operations Assistant

Location: Alpharetta, GA (On-site 4 days/week, Remote 1 day/week)
Pay: $35–$40/hour
Job Type: Long-Term Contract

We are seeking a highly organized Executive Operations Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support to a fast-paced leadership team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing competing priorities, and takes initiative to anticipate needs before they arise.

Executive Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts across multiple teams.
Organize appointments, meetings, and daily priorities to support leadership effectiveness.
Coordinate internal meetings, off-site events, team activities, and business initiatives.
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and logistics.
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, presentations, and follow-up communications.
Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to help ensure timely completion.
Act as a key communication point between executives, internal teams, and external partners.
Support day-to-day business operations by managing administrative tasks and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Executive Operations Assistant Qualifications:

Experience supporting executive leadership, business operations, project coordination, or office management.
Strong experience with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
Background coordinating events, corporate meetings, or team activities preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and standard business tools.
Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
