Top Inside Sales Rep / Team Leader

$300,000+ Income Potential | Work From Home | Warm Leads Only | No Cold Calling

We’ve been in the franchise sales business for more than 25 years, and the opportunity has never been better.

We’re looking for one special person who can do two things:

Close deals.
Build a small, high-performing sales team.

That’s it.

Now let’s talk about the money… because let’s be honest, that’s probably why you’re reading this.

Income Potential

Our average sale is around $200,000, with many sales reaching $500,000. We pay a 5% commission, which means an average sale puts about $10,000 in your pocket.

Our expectation is simple. We want you to consistently close two deals per month.

That’s approximately $20,000 per month in commissions.

Once you’re comfortable with our system, we’ll have you begin building your own team. Your goal will be to lead three sales reps who can each close two deals per month. As the team leader, you’ll earn a 10% override on their commissions, which adds another $6,000+ per month to your income.

That gets you to approximately $26,000 per month… or over $300,000 per year.

And no… there isn’t a cap.

We’re not saying you’ll get there overnight, but our sales cycle is typically only 2 to 6 weeks, and our system has been refined over the past 25 years. The right person can ramp up surprisingly fast.

Here’s the part experienced salespeople love…

NO COLD CALLING.

Seriously.

We spend roughly $1,000 every day generating leads.

The people you’ll be calling already found us online and filled out a form asking for information. They literally requested that someone call them.

Your job is simply to call them, answer their questions, qualify them, and guide them through our process.

No dialing for dollars.

No begging people to listen.

No knocking on doors.

No chasing uninterested prospects.

Just warm leads.

The only time we need you in the office is when a client is coming in to complete their purchase.

One Thing to Understand

Most of our clients currently work corporate jobs. They often can’t talk during normal business hours, so many of your calls will happen in the evenings or on weekends.

If you’re looking for a strict Monday-Friday, 9-to-5 job, this probably isn’t the right fit.

If you’re willing to be flexible, you’ll be rewarded for it.
