Full Job Description

Overview

TOWER COUNTRY EQUIPMENT LLC, AND INTEGRITAS FORUM, LLC, are local family-owned, independently operated companies with a long-standing commitment to outstanding service, integrity, and supporting our employees like family. We are proud to serve our neighbors across northeastern Wyoming through travel centers, c-stores, liquor stores, a hardware and ag supply store, two equipment rental centers, an RV park—and now, a branded heavy equipment dealership.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, entering transactions, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and supporting month-end and year-end close activities. The ideal candidate is organized, trustworthy, and experienced in handling the full accounting cycle for a small to mid-sized business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable
Process payroll and maintain payroll records
Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
Handle sales tax filings and other regulatory reporting requirements
Assist with budgeting and cash flow management
Prepare documents for accountants, auditors, and tax preparers
Monitor and maintain accounting software and financial systems
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Support month-end and year-end closing processes

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper or similar accounting role
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills

Payroll processing experience
Knowledge of sales tax and payroll tax regulations
Experience filing Wyoming work-comp payroll reports
Experience preparing financial statements
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
