Expediter / Food Runner

We are a growing private club with our eyes on the future and expansion. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests, built on consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Expediter / Food Runner to join our team. This role is the critical link between the kitchen and the front-of-house, ensuring that food is delivered quickly, accurately, and beautifully presented. The ideal candidate will be organized, attentive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure all orders are completed correctly and on time.
Check plated food for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it leaves the kitchen.
Deliver food promptly to tables while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting as needed.
Communicate effectively with both back-of-house and front-of-house staff to keep service smooth.
Support the kitchen with light duties such as restocking expo line and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple orders at once.
Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays of food for extended periods.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $13 per hour + tip out (average $15–$17 per hour).
