We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Head Chef to lead the culinary program across 6 unique F&B outlets under one roof. This is an incredible opportunity to shape the daily presentation of our 112-year legacy, drive menu innovation, and inspire a culinary team dedicated to excellence.

What You Will Do

As Head Chef, you will:

Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation across all outlets.
Develop innovative menus and seasonal offerings that align with customer preferences, business goals, and Alessi’s 112-year legacy.
Monitor and analyze food and labor costs; implement cost-saving measures while maintaining excellence.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Experience supervising kitchen staff with a focus on team management and development.
Collaborate with the General Manager and other department leaders to create cohesive dining experiences across café, bar, bakery, catering, and deli operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency in all kitchen areas.
Stay current with culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients to keep menus fresh and competitive.
Support catering and special events with customized menus and flawless execution.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as an Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-volume, multi-outlet or upscale dining.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a large kitchen team.
Deep understanding of culinary techniques, menu development, and kitchen operations.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Strong financial acumen with experience in food costing, budgeting, and labor management.
Knowledge of Toast/POS
