Job Description:

Well-capitalized startup seeks an extremely talented Senior Sales Executive to help us aggressively grow direct relationships for Tile Ecommerce sales.

This is a remote position for a USA-based tile ecommerce company with headquarters in Canada. You will serve as the senior sales executive responsible for driving sales across your territory with a focus on acquiring and retaining high-value B2B customers.

You must have experience prospecting, qualifying, closing, and retaining high value B2B customers in a short period of time that most would consider possible. Target customers include; interior designers, contractors, builders, restoration contractors, developers, and purchasing decision-makers.

You must be capable of closing revenue quickly, managing a disciplined pipeline, updating CRM daily, identifying customer problems, and turning first-time buyers into repeat customers.

Top-notch communication, follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential. Experience in SAAS, Tech, Building Materials, or E-Commerce B2B Sales is strongly preferred.

Expect talented, motivated, intense, and growth-focused co-workers.

Compensation will include above-average base salary, meaningful commission, and target bonuses.

Mission for Senior Sales Executive:

Close $1.1M in Tile Ecommerce sales by End of Year 1 by acquiring qualified Florida B2B customers, achieving strong close rates, retaining repeat-purchase accounts, and feeding customer insights into the company’s CRM and growth system.

What You’ll Do:

Close Tile Ecommerce sales with designers, contractors, builders, restoration contractors, and commercial buyers in Florida.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable customers.
Build repeat-purchase relationships with high-value B2B accounts.
Keep CRM updated with lead status, customer problems, buying triggers, and sales progress.
Help identify the strongest beachhead customer segments in the Florida market.
Move retained customers toward online ordering and repeat purchasing.
Support referral growth through excellent service and customer relationship management.

What You Need to Bring:

Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close sales.
Experience selling to B2B customers.
Strong CRM discipline, daily follow-up habits, and data-driven mindset.
Ability to understand customer problems and turn them into sales opportunities.
Competitive drive, customer obsession, and bias for action.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building ability.
Ability to work remotely while maintaining high daily sales activity and accountability.
5+ Years of B2B sales experience.
