Compensation

$85,000 Base Salary

$5,000 salary increase at 90 days
Additional $5,000 salary increase at 180 days

This role is critical.

The Role (What You’ll Actually Do)

As the Operations Manager for the Tampa market, you are responsible for driving execution across the operation.

You are not here to “manage chaos.”
You are here to create structure, accountability, efficiency, and performance.

You will:

Oversee day-to-day mitigation and operational activity across the Tampa market
Manage scheduling, manpower allocation, production flow, and operational priorities
Ensure field teams execute work to company standards
Drive accountability for documentation, communication, job quality, and response times
Work directly with Project Managers, Lead Technicians, vendors, and leadership
Identify bottlenecks and improve operational systems
Help recruit, train, and develop field leadership
Maintain urgency without sacrificing organization or professionalism
Monitor equipment readiness, fleet organization, and operational preparedness
Help build scalable systems that support company growth

This is a leadership role for someone who can organize people, enforce standards, and drive production without constant oversight.

Restoration, construction, mitigation, or field operations management experience

Experience managing crews, schedules, and production workflows
Confidence communicating with technicians, clients, vendors, and leadership
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment

IICRC certifications and restoration experience are strong advantages, but leadership, operational discipline, and execution matter most.
