Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the staff and patient intake processes, ensuring that all necessary information is collected efficiently and accurately. This position requires professional, timely, and hardworking individual who is on a career trajectory, strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Clinic Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for our team and our patients, providing them with essential information and support as they navigate their therapy journey.

Clinic Coordinator Job

1. Open and close the clinic daily.

2. Be responsible for the creation and distribution of our team’s therapy schedules.

3. Serve as the point of contact for new and current families.

4. Be responsible for the upkeep of all information forms (e.g., availability, intake lists, hours tracking, staff approved time off).

5. Be the point of contact for new families and creating a positive intake experience for them, while sharing their information with our credentialing and billing team to complete the insurance authorization/approval process.

6. Serve as a point of contact for needed toy/stimuli/office supplies.

7. Serve as onsite resource for our clinical team.

Experience

Previous experience in scheduling and/or coordination is preferred.
Experience with medical scheduling and records management is advantageous.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance patient interactions.
QBO, Bill.com and/or Gusto experience offers increased compensation.
