Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee our quality assurance and control processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations. The Quality Supervisor will lead a team of quality professionals and work closely with various departments to implement effective quality management systems.

I. Responsibilities

Quality System Development and Maintenance

Plan, establish, and continuously improve the quality management system to comply with ISO9001, ISO14001, QC080000, and customer requirements;

Develop, revise, and implement the company's quality responsibility system, ensuring clear accountability and effective assessment;

Support internal audits, participate in external certification audits, and respond to customer quality audits;

Develop environmental product quality control plans and sampling schemes, analyze ROHS compliance issues, and implement corrective actions;

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system suitability and effectiveness.

II. Product Quality Management and Improvement

Define and implement quality standards and inspection procedures for incoming, in-process, and finished products; guide on-site quality inspection activities;

Oversee laboratory development, equipment updates, and ensure testing capabilities meet product and customer needs;

Approve critical test plans, protocols, and major customer test reports to ensure reliability and compliance;

Review and approve handling of quality incidents, customer complaints, and anomaly improvement reports;

Lead analysis and resolution of major quality incidents and customer complaints, driving preventive actions and improvements;

Continuously promote process quality improvements to reduce rework rates, customer returns, and overall quality costs.

III. Team Building and Management

Define and optimize departmental job roles and responsibilities;

Develop and implement training plans to build a strong and professional quality team;

Supervise day-to-day work of department staff, organize performance evaluations, and promote talent development;

Enhance the team’s capabilities in customer audits, internal audits, and on-site problem-solving.

IV. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Materials, or Electrical Engineering;

5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in transformer or electrical equipment manufacturing;

Proficient in ISO9001, ISO14001, QC080000 system operations; familiar with TS16949 requirements;

Strong skills in quality issue analysis (e.g., 8D reports), cost control, and process improvement;

Practical experience in organizing internal audits and leading customer audits;

Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving abilities;

Good English reading and writing skills for quality documentation and client communication;

Strong leadership, resilience, and self-driven motivation.
