About Us

Oriole Realty Inc. is a new Texas real estate brokerage being established to serve the rapidly growing Greater Houston market, with an initial focus on Houston, Katy, Fulshear, Sugar Land and surrounding communities.

Unlike a traditional brokerage that relies primarily on individual agents to generate their own business, our company is being built around a company-driven lead generation model.

Our management and marketing team will be responsible for:

Company operations and administration
Branding and marketing
Digital and social media lead generation
Content production and distribution
Lead generation and customer acquisition
Lead tracking and assignment systems
Recruiting and supporting real estate agents
Building standardized operating procedures and scalable systems

Our goal is to build a long-term Texas real estate platform covering residential real estate, new construction, relocation, investment properties and commercial real estate, with additional opportunities for future expansion.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Texas Licensed Real Estate Broker to join the company as our Designated Broker / Managing Broker and help establish and grow the brokerage.

We are looking for a Broker who wants to participate in building a professional, scalable real estate company while our management team handles the majority of the company's marketing, operations and customer acquisition.

The Broker will focus primarily on the licensed real estate side of the business, including compliance, transaction oversight, agent supervision and brokerage policies.

Key Responsibilities

The Designated Broker will be responsible for:

Serving as the company's Designated Broker in accordance with TREC requirements
Assisting with establishment and activation of the brokerage
Supervising licensed Sales Agents
Reviewing contracts and transaction documentation
Overseeing brokerage compliance and transaction procedures
Reviewing real estate advertising and marketing for compliance
Establishing brokerage policies and procedures
Assisting with agent onboarding and training
Maintaining appropriate transaction and brokerage records
Helping manage regulatory, complaint and risk-management matters
Providing timely guidance on complex transactions
Working with management to develop a scalable brokerage structure

The company's management team will handle the majority of marketing, branding, lead generation, content production, customer acquisition and general business operations, allowing the Broker to concentrate on brokerage management and compliance.

Qualifications

Candidates should:

Hold an Active Texas Real Estate Broker License in good standing
Have solid knowledge of TREC regulations and Texas real estate practices
Have experience with residential transactions, listings and contract review
Have experience supervising or mentoring real estate agents
Be comfortable serving in a genuine management and compliance role
Have strong communication and organizational skills
Be responsive when transaction or compliance issues arise
Be interested in helping build a brokerage from the ground up

Experience in any of the following is highly preferred:

Managing or Designated Broker experience
Houston-area residential real estate
Katy / Fulshear / Sugar Land markets
New construction / builder transactions
Commercial real estate
Investment properties
Bilingual English/Chinese capabilities

Chinese language ability is required.

Compensation & Partnership Structure

We are flexible and open to discussing a compensation structure that works for both parties.

Potential compensation may include:

Base Compensation / Management Fee

A stable monthly base compensation for serving as Designated Broker and handling ongoing brokerage oversight.

Transaction-Based Compensation

Additional compensation based on closed transactions and the level of Broker involvement required.

Performance Bonus / Profit-Based Incentive

Additional incentives may be structured around brokerage performance, transaction volume, company growth or annual profitability.

For the right candidate, we are open to discussing different long-term cooperation structures.
