Position Overview
Korman is seeking an experienced Fine Jewelry Sales Associate with a demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships and generate strong sales results.

- Participate in trunk shows, designer appearances, client events, and other business-development activities.
- Maintain accountability for individual sales activity and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to understand sales expectations and areas for continued growth.
Clienteling and Relationship Management
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, including preferences, milestones, purchase history, and follow-up activity.

- Keep clients informed about new arrivals, designer collections, special pieces, and upcoming events.
- Generate repeat and referral business through responsive service and ongoing relationship development.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality when working with high-profile and high-net-worth clients.
- Follow through on client commitments accurately and within established timelines.
Consultative Fine Jewelry Sales
- Guide clients through fine jewelry, diamonds, bridal jewelry, designer collections, watches, gifts, and related services.
- Ask thoughtful questions to understand each client’s preferences, lifestyle, occasion, and budget.
- Present appropriate options without creating a pressured or transactional experience.
- Clearly communicate product features, craftsmanship, quality, value, care, warranties, and service options.
- Assist clients with custom design, special orders, repairs, and other personalized requests.
- Manage transactions through completion, including documentation, delivery, and post-sale follow-up.

- Follow all procedures related to merchandise handling, security, transactions, documentation, and client information.
- Assist with store opening and closing responsibilities as assigned.
- Participate in product education, sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
- Collaborate with colleagues while maintaining accountability for individual sales performance.
- Support team and company priorities during high-volume periods, events, and special initiatives.
- Uphold Korman’s standards, policies, and procedures in all client and team interactions.

- Ability to work collaboratively within an established sales team.
- Availability to work Saturdays, select evenings, holidays, and client events based on business needs.
