Licensed Insurance Trainer & Content Lead

Rockwall, TX (Flexible / Hybrid)
$60,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for a high-performing Licensed Insurance professional who’s ready to step out of production and into a role where you can teach, coach, and influence.

If you’ve been a successful agent, team lead, or agency professional—and you enjoy helping others grow—this is your opportunity to build training programs, create content, and become a voice in the insurance education space.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll combine your real-world insurance experience with training and content creation:

Lead the development of training programs focused on agent performance, sales, and agency growth
Create engaging video content, training materials, and structured learning paths
Serve as an on-camera educator for training modules and content series
Host and facilitate live and recorded webinars
Interview top-performing agents and industry leaders
Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-impact content
Continuously improve training based on performance data, feedback, and industry trends

This Role Is Ideal For

A top-performing insurance agent ready to transition out of day-to-day sales
An agency manager or team lead who enjoys coaching and developing others
An experienced trainer or coach in the insurance space looking to expand into content and media

What You Bring

P&C insurance experience
Experience with Exclusive Agency strongly preferred
Strong understanding of agency operations, sales, and growth strategies
Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring agents
Comfortable speaking on camera and leading presentations or webinars
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience working with top-performing agents or agency owners
Background in content creation, video, or online education
Familiarity with LMS platforms or digital training tools
