Compensation: $800/Week ($41,600/Year) + Performance Bonuses

Schedule: 3 Shift Options (See Below)

The Role: The Heart of Our Expansion

We are a high-speed telecommunications sales company based in Frisco, and we are currently scaling to open 100 offices this year. We need an Entry Level Admin Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a cornerstone of a growing business.

This is a dual-threat role: You will be the primary point of contact for our recruiting funnel while simultaneously managing the data and administrative backbone of our local office.

Your Responsibilities as an Entry Level Admin Assistant

High-Volume Recruiting: You will manage 150 to 300 inquiries per day. This requires heavy texting and phone work. You must be an iPhone power-user who can communicate professionally and at lightning speed.
Data & Spreadsheets: You will be responsible for tracking leads and managing office data. Proficiency in Excel is required; you must be comfortable navigating spreadsheets, entering data accurately, and keeping our recruitment metrics organized.
Office Administration: Beyond the phone and computer, you are the organizational glue. You’ll be putting together sales materials, managing schedules, and ensuring the team has everything they need to win in the field.

Entry Level Admin Assistant Shift Availability

Shift 1: Mon – Fri | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Shift 2: Mon – Fri | 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Shift 3: Sat – Wed | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Entry Level Admin Assistant Compensation & Perks

Salary: $800 per week ($41,600/year).
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied to recruiting targets and data accuracy.
