Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will contribute significantly to our office efficiency and overall success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative expertise while supporting diverse operational functions.

Responsibilities

Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with precision and speed
Manage multiple data entry projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards
Verify accuracy of information by proofreading entries and cross-referencing sources
Maintain organized filing systems for digital documents, records, and reports
Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and productivity software to create reports, documents, and presentations
Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing excellent customer service and client communication

Skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), and Outlook; familiarity with Google Workspace is a plus
Exceptional typing speed with high accuracy; excellent proofreading skills
Demonstrated experience in data entry, clerical tasks, and office management roles
Effective phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette on multi-line systems
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse client needs
Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous for financial record keeping
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Strong computer literacy with technical proficiency in office productivity tools and software applications
Previous experience as a front desk receptionist or medical/dental receptionist is beneficial for handling client interactions in a professional manner
Ability to support customer service efforts through prompt response to inquiries and support requests
