Full Job Description

Are you passionate about aesthetics, wellness, client experience, and team leadership? We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Med Spa Manager to lead day-to-day operations of our growing medical spa practice.

This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands luxury client service, and can drive operational excellence while supporting revenue growth and team development.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily med spa operations, client experience, and workflow efficiency
Lead, coach, and support front desk, providers, and support staff
Drive retail and service sales through exceptional customer experience and team accountability
Monitor scheduling, productivity, inventory, and operational KPIs
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, membership growth, and client retention strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies, sanitation standards, and applicable medical spa regulations
Resolve client concerns professionally and proactively
Partner with ownership and leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming spa environment

Qualifications

3 years of management experience in a med spa, aesthetics, salon/spa, luxury hospitality, or wellness environment required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience managing schedules, KPIs, sales goals, and team performance
Ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced setting
Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
Knowledge of aesthetic services and medical spa operations strongly preferred
Experience with POS/scheduling systems preferred
