We're looking for a dynamic Night Auditor Manager on Duty to join our team and take charge of overnight operations with confidence, precision, and an unstoppable drive for guest satisfaction. What You'll Do:

Master the Night: Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges while preparing daily revenue reports and ensuring flawless financial operations. Be the Go-To Expert: Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with a welcoming smile, making every interaction memorable. Keep Things Running Smoothly: Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, and reset for the next day to ensure seamless operations. Problem-Solving Pro: Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy. Champion Guest Happiness: Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, going above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction. Be the Overnight Hero: Act as the Manager on Duty, ensuring the security and safety of guests, staff, and property. Drive Excellence: Train new Night Audit staff and maintain exceptional standards for our team and property.

Your Day-to-Night Responsibilities Include:

Preparing daily financial reports with precision.
Balancing accounts and ensuring all discrepancies are addressed.
Engaging with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries.
Collaborating with other departments to maintain seamless operations.
Maintaining cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby.
Participating in safety committees and upholding security standards.

Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems.
Quick with numbers and experienced with 10-key calculators.
Strong computer skills and a knack for solving technical issues.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
