About Us

Optimum Performance Center is a fast-paced multidisciplinary healthcare clinic providing Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, and Rehabilitation services. We are looking for a dependable, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Associate who takes initiative, enjoys helping patients, and can confidently manage a busy medical office.

This is a position for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing things correctly without constant supervision..

Responsibilities

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion.
Answer and manage a high-volume, multi-line phone system.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments accurately.
Verify insurance benefits, authorizations, and patient eligibility.
Collect copays, balances, and process patient payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in our EMR.
Coordinate with providers and clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor schedules and identify potential issues before they become problems.
Keep the front office organized, clean, and running efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 years of front desk, medical receptionist, or healthcare administrative experience.
Experience verifying insurance benefits and obtaining authorizations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing situations.
Experience with AdvancedMD or another EMR system.
