Full Job Description

Join a High-Performance Medical Team

opening 3 new Locations...Naperville ....Bolingbrook.......Lombard

We are a rapidly growing, medically integrated clinic delivering insurance-based IV nutrition therapy

at scale (200+ patient visits per week). This is not a slow infusion center—this is a high-efficiency,

protocol-driven clinical environment designed for volume, precision, and outcomes. We are looking

for a highly skilled Registered Nurse who thrives in a fast-paced setting, is confident with IV access,

and takes pride in working efficiently without sacrificing patient care.

What You’ll Do

- Perform multiple IV starts per shift in a high-volume setting

- Administer IV therapies including hydration, electrolytes, vitamins, and medically indicated

infusions

- Monitor patients during treatment and ensure safety at all times

- Execute provider-directed protocols with consistency and accuracy

- Document thoroughly in EMR (eClinicalWorks preferred)

- Educate patients on treatment plans and expectations

- Maintain clinical flow and help keep operations running efficiently

- Work closely with providers and staff to support a 200+ visit/week operation

What We’re Looking For

- Active RN license in Illinois

- Strong, confident IV skills (this is critical)

- Ability to perform in a high-volume (200+ visits/week) environment

- Efficient, focused, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable with structured systems and protocols

- Strong patient communication and professionalism

- Team-oriented with a positive, “get it done” mindset

Preferred Experience

- IV therapy / infusion center / ER / urgent care experience

- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW)

- Background in high-throughput clinical settings
