About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Bilingual Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our construction company and its affiliated businesses. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating with vendors and tenants, and keeping business operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative operations for the company and affiliated businesses.
Review financial reports, including income, expenses, and profit & loss statements.
Manage rental payments and maintain accurate property records.
Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs with real estate agents.
Schedule maintenance and repairs while coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Monitor vendor contracts and ensure services are completed as agreed.
Maintain organized records of contracts, leases, invoices, and company documentation.
Communicate professionally with vendors, tenants, contractors, and business partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of administrative or office management experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.
Experience in property management, construction administration, or executive/personal assistant roles is a plus.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tomball, TX 77375: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Construction administrative: 1 year (Required)
