About Envision Title

Envision Title is a growing title company committed to providing exceptional service, reliable communication, and a seamless closing experience for our clients. We believe strong relationships are the foundation of our business, and we are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative to help expand our presence throughout the Houston market.

Position Overview

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new business, developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, and promoting Envision Title throughout the Houston area.

This is not a passive sales position. The ideal candidate is outgoing, driven, organized, and comfortable building relationships through consistent outreach, in-person meetings, networking events, office visits, and ongoing follow-up.

The right person will understand that successful business development requires more than simply making introductions. It requires earning trust, remaining visible, identifying client needs, providing value, and maintaining relationships after business is received.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business relationships with real estate agents, brokers, lenders, builders, investors, and other industry professionals
Generate new title and escrow business throughout the Houston market
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners
Conduct consistent prospecting through calls, emails, office visits, meetings, networking events, and social media outreach
Schedule and attend meetings, presentations, lunches, open houses, broker events, and industry functions
Educate prospective clients on Envision Title’s services, resources, team, and closing experience
Identify opportunities to support clients through educational events, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building activities
Create and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, opportunities, follow-ups, and active clients
Track business development activities and provide regular updates regarding outreach, opportunities, and results
Collaborate with escrow teams, leadership, and marketing to ensure new and existing clients receive excellent service
Assist with planning and attending client appreciation events, educational events, and community outreach activities
Represent Envision Title professionally and consistently throughout the Houston real estate community
Maintain communication with referral partners after files are opened to help support a positive client experience
Meet established activity, relationship-development, revenue and monthly goals

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in business development, outside sales, account management, real estate, title, mortgage, or a related industry
Previous title, escrow, real estate, lending, or business-to-business sales experience is strongly preferred
Established relationships within the Houston real estate market are a plus
Strong communication, presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills
Confident initiating conversations and developing new professional relationships
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based position
Consistent, dependable, and able to follow through on commitments
Organized and able to manage multiple prospects, clients, meetings, and follow-up responsibilities
Comfortable attending occasional evening or weekend networking and client events
Proficient with email, Microsoft Office, social media, and customer relationship management or sales-tracking systems
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout the Houston area

Schedule and Work Environment
