Job Summary
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for late-night guests, managing front desk responsibilities while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. Your expertise in hotel management and customer relations will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while working during the quiet yet crucial nighttime hours.

Duties

Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service and friendly communication.
Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, verifying reservations, and handling billing inquiries with accuracy.
Monitor security cameras to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff.
Prepare detailed shift reports, including accounting of transactions, incident logs, and guest requests, ensuring all records are accurate and complete.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services with professionalism.
Handle multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Assist with administrative tasks such as reconciling accounts, balancing cash drawers, and updating guest records to support smooth nightly operations.
