About the Property

Located in the welcoming community of Lomita, 26110 Narbonne Avenue offers convenient access to local shops, dining, and neighborhood amenities. This property provides a comfortable living environment for residents and an excellent opportunity for an on-site manager who values being part of a close-knit community.

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and responsive On-Site Manager to oversee daily operations and resident relations at the property. This is a part-time role (12 hours per week), ideal for someone who values flexibility while contributing to a well-maintained and positive living environment.

This position offers the opportunity to live on-site in a 1‑bedroom apartment at a discounted rent of $900 per month (valued at $1,925), while earning additional hourly pay for work performed beyond the contracted hours. Key Responsibilities

Process rental applications and monitor rent payments, including follow-up when necessary
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders
Conduct property inspections and maintain compliance with company standards
Manage tenant communication and documentation through AppFolio
Support leasing activities and assist with move-ins and move-outs
Ensure the property remains safe, clean, and welcoming

Qualifications

Experience with AppFolio property management software is required
Strong communication skills and responsiveness
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Previous property management experience preferred

Compensation

Discounted rent on a 1‑bedroom apartment at the property: $900/month (valued at $1,925)
$18.00 per hour for any hours worked beyond the 12 contracted weekly hours
