Job Summary
The Operation / Coach Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating service operations within the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles, ensuring that all service activities are executed efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical skills and leadership abilities to drive team performance and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage service teams to ensure high-quality delivery of services.
Oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of service projects.
Coordinate with Office staff and Management to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
Utilize software tools for project documentation and management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations on construction sites while managing service operations.
Facilitate effective communication among team members and provide guidance on project coordination.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Skills

Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent understanding of residential plumbing service, operations and estimating processes.
Strong leadership qualities with a focus on team collaboration and motivation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
