The Medical Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position involves greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, verifying insurance, completing pre-registration, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. By maintaining efficiency, professionalism, and upholding Dermatology Partner’s core values, the Medical Receptionist helps create a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and the clinical team

This role requires the Medical Receptionist to work Monday-Thursday in the Bristol Road clinic and Friday in Yardley

Skills, Qualifications & Requirements:

Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service with empathy and compassion.
Must be able to travel to our other regional clinics as needed.
Medical office reception experience preferred, but not required.
