About Us

We are a fast-growing group of real estate companies specializing in residential sales, real estate investing, wholesale transactions, property acquisitions, and surplus fund recovery. We're looking for a detail-oriented bookkeeper who enjoys organizing financials, creating efficient systems, and helping growing businesses stay on track.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants flexibility while becoming an important part of a rapidly expanding company.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our growing real estate companies. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly financial reports, and assisting with payroll and tax readiness. The ideal candidate has experience with QuickBooks Online, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality.

This is a flexible, part-time position (approximately 10–20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow as our companies continue to expand. Real estate or property management bookkeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilites

Responsibilities
Maintain accurate bookkeeping for multiple LLCs
Record and categorize income and expenses
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Process accounts payable and receivable
Track commissions, real estate transactions, and closing expenses
Prepare monthly financial reports, including Profit & Loss and Balance Sheets
Assist with payroll processing and contractor payments
Maintain organized financial records and digital files
Work with our CPA to ensure tax readiness
Monitor cash flow and identify discrepancies
Assist with budgeting and financial tracking
Recommend improvements to bookkeeping systems and processes

Qualifications

2+ years of bookkeeping experience (real estate experience preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Experience with multiple businesses or LLCs is a plus

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with real estate brokerages or investment companies
Familiarity with commissions, escrow, and closing statements
Experience with property management accounting
Knowledge of Florida real estate transactions
Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems
