Full Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

This position is full-time and requires availability Monday-Friday shifts are 8 hours with shift times varying from 8am till 6pm.

Duties:

Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the clinic.
Support providers to deliver excellent patient care.
Manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for Physicians.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including correspondence and document preparation.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered by the clinic.
Support a wide range of functions, including patient check-in and check-out processes.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to office management (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Familiarity with phone systems and basic office equipment is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with patients and team members.
A background in the medical field as a front office receptionist or medical assistant is advantageous but not mandatory.
