We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Phone Receptionist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Manage patient inquiries and provide information regarding services and office policies.
Update patient records as needed, insurance verification.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Address patient concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Perform general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in computer applications and basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
