Job description:

Our Rochester firm is looking for a full-time Legal Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. Carthew Law Firm is a highly regarded private law firm in Rochester, MI. Our office is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Rochester. We pride ourselves on delivering efficient and exceptional service. We are seeking a receptionist to join our team full-time.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an administrative position, but this is not required. Tasks include answering phones, scheduling, file organization, administrative tasks, and firm errands. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. Benefits include health care stipend, life and disability insurance, 401K and Profit Sharing, paid holidays and vacation.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour shift

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year, depending on years of experience in an administrative role.
