Job Overview

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.
Care for floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a polished appearance.
Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff.
Handle laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels efficiently.
Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate janitorial equipment and eco-friendly products.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with guests and team members to foster a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality settings; hotel experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and polishing.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and janitorial supplies.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards consistently.
