Position Overview

The Marketing Director will oversee all aspects of marketing, from brand management and digital campaigns to lead generation and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic, creative, and data-driven leader who can transform ideas into measurable results while building and strengthening the National Bus Sales brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

· Manage brand positioning, advertising, public relations, and customer engagement initiatives.

· Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, email marketing, website optimization, and social media.

· Develop engaging content strategies that generate qualified leads and strengthen customer relationships.

· Collaborate with Sales, HR, Leadership, and Operations to support company objectives.

· Develop and monitor KPIs, campaign analytics, and ROI.

· Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, and creative resources.

· Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

· Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

· 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience.

· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, analytics, CRM platforms.

· Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills.

· Creative thinker who is both strategic and results-oriented.

· Experience with website development and marketing automation tools is preferred.
