Doster & Hoffman Therapy and Consultation (DHTC) is a Texas-based group therapy practice committed to providing liberatory, identity-affirming, culturally responsive mental health care.
Our mission is to create sustainable, affirming spaces where both clients and clinicians can show up fully, without masks, without code-switching, and without compromising their values.
We believe thriving clinicians are essential to excellent client care. That means providing strong administrative support, clinical consultation, flexibility, and opportunities for long-term professional growth.
Our culture is guided by:
- Transparency
- A Liberatory Workspace
- Safety & Security
- Visibility & Inclusivity
- Safe & Brave Spaces
- Community & Connection
- Quality, Culturally Responsive Care
- Intersectionality in Action
We're looking for Texas clinicians who want the flexibility of private-practice-style work with the support and stability of W-2 employment. Associate licensed clinicians are highly encouraged to apply!
We are currently hiring:
- Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC)
- Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW)
- Licensed Professional Counselor Associates (LPC-A)
We welcome clinicians who bring clinical excellence, cultural humility, accountability, and a commitment to affirming care.
You do not need to share the lived experiences of the communities we serve, but you must be deeply affirming, socially conscious, and committed to providing respectful, culturally responsive care.
We are intentionally not a therapy platform. We're building a collaborative clinical team of providers who want to do meaningful work within a supportive group practice.

- Comfortable providing telehealth services
- Comfortable using electronic health records and other technology

Caseload Expectations
DHTC clinicians are expected to maintain a sustainable and consistent caseload.
The minimum productivity requirement for continued employment is NO LESS than 15 completed billable units per week, measured in accordance with DHTC's productivity policies.
Evening and weekend availability is required for maximum caseload development and growth.
A billable unit is based on the type and duration of a completed clinical service; therefore, the number of weekly appointments may not always equal the number of billable units.
Clinicians interested in progressing into a full-time salaried role should be prepared to consistently maintain the higher productivity expectations associated with that pathway.
New clinicians should anticipate a 60–90 day credentialing and caseload-development period before reaching a mature caseload.

After 9 months of employment, clinicians who consistently meet DHTC's full-time productivity, performance, documentation, attendance, and other eligibility requirements may become eligible for consideration for a salaried clinician position.
