What We Do

Pitch Health Solutions specializes in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary health products. Through our internal marketing efforts, we connect with Medicare beneficiaries who are actively seeking information about their healthcare coverage options.

Our sales team works directly with these prospects, educating them on available plans, answering questions, and guiding them through the enrollment process while maintaining strict CMS compliance standards.

What You'll Do

Handle inbound calls from Medicare prospects who have expressed interest in coverage options
Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, and ancillary products
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
Explain plan benefits, provider networks, premiums, deductibles, and enrollment requirements
Complete enrollments accurately and compliantly
Maintain detailed notes and follow-up activities within company systems
Follow CMS guidelines, carrier requirements, and compliance procedures
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Attend ongoing training, coaching sessions, and product updates
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while building trust with prospective clients

CompensationBase Pay

$20.00 per hour

Weekly Commission Structure

To qualify for commissions, agents must:

Complete at least 8 sales per week
Maintain at least 30 hours of talk time per week

Commission Tiers:

8–11 sales: $45 per policy
12–15 sales: $50 per policy
16–19 sales: $60 per policy
20+ sales: $70 per policy

Additional Earnings:

$5 per additional household member added to a policy
50% commission on ancillary products such as dental and vision

Pay is distributed bi-weekly via direct deposit.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
One-hour lunch break
Full-Time Remote Position

Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for experienced Medicare professionals who are motivated, coachable, and ready to perform in a fast-paced sales environment.

Required Qualifications

Active Health Insurance License (2-15, 2-40, or equivalent)
Active AHIP Certification
Minimum 1 year of Medicare sales experience
Licensed in at least 5 states
Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage plans
Ability to work full-time during scheduled hours
Professional home office setup with wired internet

Preferred Licensed States

Florida, Alabama, Arizona, Tennessee, Oklahoma, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas, South Carolina, Louisiana, Virginia, and North Carolina.
