Position Summary:
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join a leading financial and retirement services organization based in the Philadelphia region. This remote, contract-to-hire role will own full-cycle recruiting while using recruiting analytics to improve hiring efficiency, sourcing effectiveness, and workforce planning. Candidates must be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.
Essential Duties:
· Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake and sourcing through interviewing, offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding.
· Partner with executives and hiring managers to define position requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
· Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, job boards, and creative sourcing strategies.
· Track and analyze time-to-fill, cost-to-fill, recruiting spend, source effectiveness, and other talent acquisition metrics.
· Develop recruiting reports and dashboards using Excel and ATS data to support workforce planning decisions.
· Establish consistent interviewing, candidate assessment, scoring, and hiring practices across the organization.
· Manage recruiting vendors, agency relationships, talent pipelines, and continuous improvements to the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 3–5+ years of hands-on recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
· Combination of agency recruiting and in-house corporate recruiting experience strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels.
· Experience measuring recruiting performance, including time-to-fill and cost-to-fill.
· PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required.
· Financial services, retirement services, fintech, banking, insurance, or related regulated-industry recruiting experience are highly desirable.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
· Strong Excel skills with experience organizing, analyzing, and presenting recruiting data.
· Experience with applicant tracking systems; Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
· Advanced LinkedIn sourcing and passive candidate identification skills.
· Experience developing recruiting dashboards or workforce analytics.
· Strong hiring-manager partnership, stakeholder management, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to independently manage multiple searches and shifting priorities within a lean HR environment.
· Knowledge of applicable employment laws, recruiting regulations, and talent acquisition best practices.
· Salesforce experience is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

Salary Range:SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly rate for this role is up to $40.
