Monarch Transaction Group is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Transaction Coordinator who is ready to take ownership of their business while being backed by an established company with proven systems, training, and support.

This isn't your typical TC position.

We're looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us. Someone who enjoys serving agents, building relationships, creating exceptional client experiences, and continuously improving their knowledge of the real estate industry.

Whether you're already coordinating transactions or you're an experienced real estate professional looking to transition into transaction management, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

As a Transaction Coordinator with Monarch Transaction Group, you'll manage residential real estate transactions from listing through closing while providing exceptional service to the agents you support.

Responsibilities include:

Manage transactions from listing through contract to close
Review contracts, addenda, and supplements for accuracy and OREC compliance
Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and vendors
Monitor timelines and critical deadlines
Keep agents informed and help ensure they stay on track throughout every transaction
Maintain organized, compliant transaction files
Provide consistent communication and proactive follow-up
Utilize Google Workspace and company systems to efficiently manage files and workflows
Continuously improve systems and client experience

Growth Expectations

This is more than a transaction management position. We're looking for someone excited to build relationships within the real estate community.

Our Transaction Coordinators are expected to:

Attend networking events
Build relationships with Realtors and brokerages
Market themselves and Monarch Transaction Group professionally
Assist with social media and marketing efforts
Continue building their own agent clientele while leveraging Monarch's systems and support

Continuing Education

The real estate industry is constantly changing.

Our team participates in ongoing education to stay current with OREC requirements, contract updates, industry trends, and best practices. We believe great Transaction Coordinators never stop learning.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone who is:

An experienced Transaction Coordinator or an experienced real estate professional ready to transition into TC work
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously
A proactive communicator
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Someone who sees the big picture and takes ownership of their work

Position Details

Mostly remote position
Candidates must have a dedicated home office equipped with a desktop computer (tower), dual monitors, and reliable high-speed internet
1099 Independent Contractor position
Flexible schedule with deadline-driven responsibilities
Ongoing mentorship and support
