Plumbing Field Consultant | Franchise Operations | Residential Plumbing

Location: Remote + 10% travel nationwide

Salary: $85,000 to $105,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

We're looking for an experienced Plumbing Field Consultant or Multi-Unit Plumbing Operations Leader to support our clients National Plumbing Franchise network across the United States.

Looking for a trusted advisor. A coach. Someone who's been in their shoes and has the credibility to help them improve operations, profitability, leadership, and execution.

Our Ideal Candidate

You've already served as a Plumbing Franchise Field Consultant, Regional Operations Consultant, or Franchise Business Coach.
You've earned your credibility through results—not theory.
Experience supporting franchise owners in Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, or a Home Service Industry
Residential plumbing industry background preferred
ServiceTitan experience
Financial and P&L expertise
Strong coaching and accountability skills
Ability to influence without direct authority
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Also Strongly Considered

Multi-location (5+) operational leadership as a Regional Director, Director of Operations, Regional Manager, Multi-Unit General Manager, Area Manager with responsibility for multiple locations within plumbing, HVAC, Electrical or another home-service operation.

Salary up to $110,000

What You'll Be Doing

One month you may help an established franchise owner increase technician productivity and profitability.

The next, you'll coach an owner through operational challenges, help improve reporting, or guide the rollout of new operating standards.

Every visit ends with a clear action plan, measurable accountability, and helping another business become stronger.
