Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Front Desk Receptionist / Leasing Agent, where you will be the welcoming face of our property management operations! This energetic role combines exceptional customer service with administrative excellence, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective residents and current tenants alike. You will handle daily interactions at the front desk, manage leasing inquiries, and support property operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

Greet visitors, prospective tenants, and vendors with a friendly, professional demeanor, providing outstanding customer service at all times
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
Assist prospective tenants with leasing applications, conduct property tours, and explain lease terms and community amenities
Process lease agreements, renewals, and legal documents accurately using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite
Maintain up-to-date records of tenant files, rent payments, maintenance requests, and legal documentation in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines
Support property leasing efforts through upselling available units and promoting community features to maximize occupancy rates
Coordinate with maintenance teams regarding property upkeep and facilities management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
Handle data entry tasks including filing, updating tenant information in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and managing lease contracts
Resolve conflicts professionally by applying conflict management skills while adhering to landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations

Qualifications

Proven experience in property management administrative roles or real estate administrative experience
Strong knowledge of Section 8 programs, landlord-tenant law, and Fair Housing regulations
Familiarity with property management software such as Appfolio, OneSite, or similar platforms
Excellent customer service skills combined with effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities
Office experience including data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and contract management
Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of facilities management principles and basic property maintenance procedures is a plus
Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging tenants and team members alike
