Data Entry Specialist

Full-Time Remote | Two Positions Available

Patents Ink, a leader in the technical illustration industry, is seeking two full-time Data Entry Specialists.

We receive hundreds of new illustration cases and client change requests by email each week. Each request must be carefully reviewed, categorized, entered into our database, and forwarded to the appropriate team member for processing.

What We Are Looking For

A successful candidate will have:

❑ The ability to sort and categorize a high volume of emails each day
❑ Exceptional reading and task-comprehension skills
❑ The ability to understand client instructions and determine how each request should be processed
❑ Strong written communication and accurate data-entry skills
❑ The patience and stamina to review hundreds of cases and emails each week
❑ Consistent performance in a fast-paced environment
❑ The ability to interact with coworkers in a relaxed and positive manner, even during busy periods
❑ An ownership mindset and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude

Previous experience in the technical illustration industry is not required. We will provide full training on our systems and procedures.

Patents Ink processes several hundred intellectual property cases each month. This position is best suited for someone who is articulate, detail-oriented, accurate, dependable, and able to communicate effectively by email.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Regular shift: 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Occasional overtime may be required, with the shift ending as late as 10:00 p.m.
